Shift: 06:30am-03:30pm (Monday -Friday)

What a typical day as a Technical Specialist.MS Ops might look like:
Audio Visual rep. (at least 3 years of experience); assistance with connections, troubleshooting and repair.
CW will be Taking inventory of supplies and equipment within conference rooms, assisting with AV events, changing lamps from projector, data entry, first responder for basic repair, troubleshoot, and customer service.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
Troubleshoots all hardware and software issues with equipment.
Maintains optimal machine performance by correcting simple machine problems (clearing jams, refilling toner, replacing machine oil, etc.) and having a working knowledge of machine codes to report, in the event of equipment failure.
Performs a full range of servicing and repair service procedures including diagnostics.
