Pay Rate: $37–$43 per hour
Schedule: Primarily remote, with required on-site onboarding (first 2 weeks) and periodic subject matter expert (SME) reviews (typically 1 week every 2–3 months).

What's a typical day as aTechnical Writer I? You'll be:
  • Reviewing procedures and system documentation to create training materials for field staff
  • Collaborating with Subject Matter Experts to ensure technical accuracy
  • Revising drafts based on SME feedback; strong listening and adjustment skills are essential
  • Developing and updating operations procedure documentation
  • Supporting documentation for company management systems and compliance with policies and international standards
  • Creating user-friendly technical and safety documents, operating procedures, and training manuals
  • Providing status reports as requested
  • Assisting in future template creation for operating procedures
  • Working independently and as part of a diverse, supportive team
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
  • Have less than 5 years of professional experience (recent grads welcome)
  • Hold a relevant engineering degree (preferred, but not required)
  • Possess excellent written and spoken English skills
  • Excel at attention to detail and listening—can take feedback and adapt accordingly
  • Are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint; Visio is a plus but not required)
  • Can interpret engineering drawings and documentation
  • Are comfortable working independently and collaborating within a diverse team
  • Are local and able to come to the office as needed (onboarding and regular SME reviews require on-site presence)
  • Are organized and able to concentrate on detailed work for extended periods
  • Can thrive in multinational, multicultural environments
