Pay Rate: $20–$25/hour
We are currently seeking a Training Center Coordinator to join our team. This opportunity comes as we honor the retirement of a long-time team member after 20 years of dedicated service. We are looking for a candidate with strong administrative skills, particularly in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and SAP.
Position Summary:
The Training Center Coordinator ensures a smooth and professional experience for customers attending training sessions. This role serves as the key point of contact for customer training logistics, coordination, and support. It also includes system administration responsibilities in both our LMS and SAP, working closely with internal teams and global colleagues to support training operations and enhance the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track and manage customer training inquiries using a ticketing system, ensuring timely and professional follow-up.
- Coordinate customer participation in the Learning Management System (LMS) across multiple training locations.
- Assist customers by developing tailored learning plans to support their success with our equipment and systems.
- Prepare training quotes and process related invoices in SAPSAP Key User for the department.
- Troubleshoot and resolve LMS-related issues for both internal and external users.
- Collaborate with global teams on LMS enhancements and updates to improve the user experience.
- Maintain training center resources, ensuring materials, supplies, and refreshments are stocked and organized.
- Greet and assist training participants, and handle incoming calls and general training inquiries.
- Provide general administrative and organizational support to the Head of Technical Training & L&D.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a customer service or administrative support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Demonstrated experience managing or supporting a Learning Management System (LMS).
- SAP experience strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Self-directed with a strong ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate degree in business administration or related field preferred.
