The Training Coordinator Role Might Be Perfect If You:
- Hold a Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 4 years of equivalent relevant experience (required)
- Have 3+ years of Learning Management System (LMS) experience, preferably with WorkDay LMS.
- Bring 3+ years of learning administration experience.
- Possess 3+ years of experience in a corporate training and development environment.

What Does a Typical Day Look Like as a Training Coordinator?
In this crucial role, you will ensure the smooth operation of training programs and support learning initiatives. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Course Management: Enter course offerings and relevant information into WorkDay, enabling seamless enrollments.
- Logistics Coordination: Manage program communications and enrollments, including sending invitations, reminders, confirmations, and hotel confirmations.
- Communications Support: Utilize a group mailbox to coordinate calendar invites and respond promptly to inquiries from participants and stakeholders.
- Data Tracking and Reporting: Manage and track participant information, completions, and other essential data to ensure effective training outcomes; generate reports in WorkDay.
- Vendor Coordination: Communicate with 3rd party vendors who supply training programs to the company; process invoices efficiently.
