The Training Certification Specialist is the site administrator for the electronic Learning Management System eLMS and is the departmental point of contact for all inquiries/issues related to the electronic learning management system. The Training Certification Specialist partners cross-functionally with other employees, department Trainers, and supervisors to review and provide feedback for training quizzes and qualification content to assure it aligns with the applicable SOP or requirement and that it complies with the eLMS standards. The Training Certification Specialist is the site s primary contact for Quality Systems Tools training CQMS, Kintana, Documentum, and Compliance Wire Key Activities

Principle Responsibilities and Duties:
Note: The following are meant to be representative but not necessarily all inclusive of the duties and responsibilities for this position title.

  • Daily Compliance Wire Administration: Create/revise training qualification eforms Create/revise SOP quizzes, Add/remove employees Add/revise curriculums. Assign training Set SOP training due dates Set training recurrence Revise training due dates Review training questions and training qualification documents to ensure they align with the applicable SOP content and that they meet the minimal training expectations number of available answers; wording is not confusing; etc.
  • Daily, weekly and monthly reporting of training metrics to management. Includes weekly tracking of departmental metrics and monthly reporting of QPI metrics.
  • Facilitate and coordinate Quality Systems Tools training program overview, grading, and system access requests CQMS, Kintana, Documentum, Compliance Wire ;
  • Conduct training where/when applicable.
  • Conduct new hire orientation and annual cGMP Training Provide Training Kiosks support, as needed Manage and maintain Employee Signature logs Maintain hard-copy training records and upload training material to the electronic LMS Schedule, facilitate and prepare training materials/room for onsite classes
  • Additional activities to support Quality System Compliance Department as needed.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Minimum, Associate level degree required, and 4-year degree preferred.
  • Must have at least 3 years experience using an electronic quality system and 3 years in a GMP environment.
  • Prefer highly skilled in the use of Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoint, and Word .
  • Must be able to analyze data and present trends in tabular and graphical formats.
