  • Available work schedules MF 9am-6pm or 10am-7pm.  Training hours will vary
  • Serve national and international clients, gaining exposure to global banking transactions and specialty industries.
  • Make a difference by resolving high-impact customer issues, detecting fraud, and troubleshooting sophisticated Treasury Management products.
  • Collaborate with talented colleagues, sharpen technical and analytical skills, and manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environment.
  • Take charge of general ledger balancing, drive revenue through product referrals, and take part in exciting projects like outbound campaigns and system migrations.
  • Develop your professional skills with customer-centric training and frequent opportunity for internal growth.
Your Role:
  • Deliver support via phone, email, and fax for corporate customers and internal teams.
  • Apply critical thinking to resolve complex product inquiries, problem-solve, and respond to urgent situations.
  • Use 20+ internal banking systems and provide product training to customers.
  • Recognize red flags and escalate fraud or high-risk scenarios as needed.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 4 years call center experience
  • 3 years banking experience
  • Advanced skills in MS Outlook, data entry, and internet research
