Pay Rate: Starts at $19.80 - $20.90 depending on experience
Work schedule:  Mon-Thu 3:30pm-2:00am
For the 1st 60 days you will work an 8-hour schedule Mon-Fri, and then move to a 10-hour schedule plus overtime.

What's a typical day as a Trimmer? You'll be:

• Using hand tools or hand-held power tools to cut and trim a variety of manufactured composite parts.
• Trimming and deburring fabricated components using pneumatic power tools.
• Reporting all production discrepancies and schedule concerns to supervisor.
• Ensuring proper care in the use and maintenance of equipment or supplies
• Promoting safety in the workplace.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:

• High school diploma
• Previous manufacturing or production experience
• Experience with the use of basic hand and power tools.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.

Working Conditions:

• PPE is provided to protect employees against physical harm or hazards in the workplace environment.
• Usually work indoors. These sites may not be temperature controlled.
• Exposure to loud sounds and distracting noise levels.
• Exposure to hazardous equipment.
• Exposure to contaminants.
• Shared workspaces with other employees.
• Requires handing objects of up to 50 lbs.
• Lifting pushing, pulling, and bending.
• Standing and/or walking for 8 to 12 or more hours per day (varies based on role, shift, and overtime)
