Strategy Growth Partner
Direct Hire Position
Salary: $150,000 – $200,000 (base)
Equity Opportunity: Hybrid
Additional Compensation: $150,000 – $200,000 possible
Experience Required: 5–6 years as a Venture Capital Partner, Principal, or Senior Investor
Location: Hybrid (combining remote and in-office work) About the Role We are seeking a Strategy Growth Partner to work across a portfolio of AI-native operating companies. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced VC leader ready to apply their expertise in a hands-on, company-building role. Responsibilities

  • Support Capital Strategy: Drive structuring initiatives for operating companies.
  • Lead Market Research & Expansion: Inform go-to-market strategies and identify new partnership, distribution, and growth opportunities.
  • Talent Sourcing: Assist in recruiting top talent (technical leaders and early operators) via networks and new channels.
  • Ecosystem Development: Build and sustain relationships with founders, operators, and ecosystem partners to accelerate growth.
  • Program Development: Aid in establishing fellowship and partnership programs involving top-tier talent.
  • Business Development: Collaborate with founders to extend product reach and accelerate traction.
Qualifications
  • Prior experience (5–6 years) as a Principal or Senior Associate at a top-tier VC or growth equity fund.
  • Deep understanding of the venture ecosystem, company formation, and early-stage growth.
  • Strong analytical, research, and communication skills.
  • Robust network across startups, investors, and operators.
  • Results-driven, intellectually rigorous, and aligned with a long-term approach to building enduring companies.
