Redmond, WA
Pay rate: $22/hr
Day Shift


Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Administrator to join our Procurement department. As a Warehouse Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of materials inventory, monitoring stock levels, and ensuring efficient inventory management. Roles and Responsibilities:
- Maintain effective inventory management strategies to ensure accurate records of materials inventory.
- Track inventory accuracy across departments and identify any discrepancies or irregularities.
- Monitor stock levels and initiate stock replenishment when necessary.
- Create material detail reports to provide insights into inventory patterns.
- Oversee the transfer of raw ingredients and production materials.
- Coordinate the allocation of raw ingredients to product lines.
- Ensure appropriate storage of raw materials to maintain quality and safety standards.
- Assist in ingredient preparation by bagging, weighing, and labeling for NSP processes.
- Process transactions in internal inventory management software (QAD, Whistle, Coolearth) to resolve inventory issues.
- Manage month-end inventory requirements and conduct systems reconciliations.
- Schedule and conduct audits for Ingredient room Spice Mix operations.
- Investigate work orders regularly to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.
- Handle RM PO's and perform receiving tasks, including lot swaps.
- Process Surimi Do's correctly, addressing lot swaps and EDI rounding.
- Input Chep Pallet transactions accurately.
- Assist with trace exercises for audits or preliminary audit activities.
- Aid in resolving inventory discrepancies between QAD and external cold storage facilities.
- Process purchase orders and maintain communication regarding inventory and shipping priorities.
- Coordinate with shipping companies for incoming and outgoing freight.
- Execute scanning of raw materials, ingredients, packaging into production, and finished goods out of production.

Qualifications & Skills:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred.
- Strong clerical skills are required.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with invoicing procedures.
