Warehouse Associate
Location: Eastlake, Ohio
Pay: $17–$21hr. Based on Experience
Temp-Hire

Key Responsibilities

• Complete daily job picks according to scheduled dates.
• Process job receipt to inventory within 24 hours of job completion.
• Maintain safe, accurate, and efficient stocking procedures.
• Fulfill daily sales orders as scheduled by ship date.
• Use Fulfillment Workbench to process and select daily order volume accurately.
• Package items securely to ensure safe transit.
• Visually inspect incoming and outgoing products for damage or imperfections.
• Assist delivery personnel with proper, safe unloading of parcels.
• Help maintain warehouse supplies to support team productivity.
• Perform other tasks as directed by warehouse leadership.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized personal and departmental workspaces.

Requirements

• Education & Experience
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of ERP or warehouse management software.

Skills

• Strong basic math skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to multitask under pressure.
• Safety-conscious and team-oriented.
• Clear and effective communicator.
