Job Title: Warehouse Associate (Pick and Pack Worker)
Pay Rate: $20 - $22.00/hr.
  Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Basic math skills
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
• Willingness and flexibility to work overtime as needed
• Experience operating warehousing equipment preferred
• Ability to learn to operate a forklift
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs
• Related warehousing and distribution experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack goods accurately per pick ticket and customer guidelines
• Load and unload deliveries of finished goods and raw materials
• Store goods in designated warehouse sections
• Operate forklift and other warehousing equipment as necessary
• Process various transactions using warehouse management systems
• Monitor product quality and report issues to supervisor/manager
• Communicate via phone and email with operational groups as needed
• Maintain acceptable productivity and accurate activity logs
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including health, safety, and hygiene
• Maintain clean work area
• Perform other related duties as assigned
