Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator (Temp-to-Hire)
Location: Penn Yan, NY
Industry: Food Manufacturing
Pay: $19.50 – $20.00/hour
Schedule: 12-hour shifts (7AM–7PM or 7PM–7AM)

Kelly® Professional & Industrial is now hiring Warehouse Associates / Forklift Operators for a well-established food manufacturing company in Penn Yan, NY. - Operate forklifts safely to transport raw materials and finished products
- Load and unload trucks and storage areas efficiently
- Track inventory and ensure accurate documentation
- Pick, pack, and ship orders to meet daily targets
- Keep your space clean, safe, and organized
- Jump in on additional warehouse tasks as needed
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods
- Strong communication skills and a team-player mindset
- Prior warehouse or food industry experience is a plus, but not required
- Rotating schedule means you'll never work more than 3 days in a row
- Every other weekend off = 3-day weekend!
