Job Title: Container Unloading and Picking/Packing Warehouse Associate - Overland Park, KS
Company: Local logistics company
Pay Rate: $18.00/hour
Shift: Monday–Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
Responsibilities:

• Unload containers and palletize incoming shipments
• Sort and store items within the warehouse (items typically weigh between 5–15 lbs)
• Down-stack and stage new hire electronic kits for shipment
• Pick and pack orders following instructions
• Remain on feet throughout shift, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs independently and repeatedly
• Maintain strict attention to detail for accurate processing and packing
• Direct your own daily workflow and consistently stay on task
• Follow warehouse safety protocols and keep your workspace clean and organized

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently, manage time, and direct own daily tasks
• Capable of frequent bending, walking, and standing for extended periods
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs independently and repeatedly
• Reliable and punctual
• Prior warehouse or logistics experience preferred, but not required
