Now Hiring – 2nd Shift Warehouse Leads (Chicago, IL)

A leading food distribution company is seeking motivated leaders to join our warehouse team! We currently have two 2nd Shift Warehouse Lead openings at our Chicago facilities.

Open Positions
  1. 2nd Shift Warehouse Lead – Chill Facility

  • Shift: Wednesday – Saturday, 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM

  • Pay: $24.64/hr

  1. 2nd Shift Warehouse Lead – Ambient Building

  • Shift: Monday – Friday, 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM

  • Pay: $22.64/hr

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and support warehouse staff to ensure safe, accurate, and efficient operations.

  • Oversee daily workflow, including receiving, order picking, staging, and shipping.

  • Maintain productivity, safety, and quality standards.

  • Communicate with supervisors and other departments to resolve issues and keep operations running smoothly.

  • Train, coach, and mentor team members.

Qualifications
  • Previous warehouse and/or leadership experience preferred.

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

  • Dependability and a team-first mindset.
