Do you have warehouse management experience? Are you able to converse in Mandarin? We have the job for you. Our direct-to-consumer client is hiring a Warehouse Manager in La Puente, CA.

Pay: $70-$80k
Hours: 9am-6pm, M-F
Position Type: Direct Hire

Job Summary: overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations, including the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, with a particular focus on maximizing our Amazon FBA strategy

  • Develop and implement warehouse strategies to ensure efficient and effective management of inbound and outbound logistics, including direct shipments to Amazon FBA centers.
  • Oversee the receipt, storage, and timely distribution of goods, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and quality of orders.
  • Coordinate with procurement, supply chain, and sales teams to forecast demand and manage inventory levels, optimizing for space utilization and turnover rates.
  • Implement best practices in warehouse management, leveraging technology and process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Manage relationships with logistics partners, carriers, and Amazon FBA representatives to ensure compliance with service agreements and operational standards.
  • Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations within the warehouse operations, fostering a culture of safety and accountability.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop the warehouse team, promoting excellence in performance, teamwork, and career progression.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to warehouse efficiency, inventory accuracy, and distribution effectiveness, taking corrective actions as needed.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in warehouse management, with specific expertise in managing inbound and outbound logistics and Amazon FBA distributions.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management practices, and logistics software.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to train, motivate, and lead a high-performing team.
  • Need to be able to converse in Mandarin.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement operational strategies that improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
  • Ability to drive an electric forklift.
