Warehouse Manager – Franklin, MA
Salary: $90,000–$125,000/year (Exempt, Salaried)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 11:00 AM – 10:00 PM

We're seeking a driven Warehouse Manager to oversee daily operations, lead a dedicated team, and ensure the seamless flow of goods through our facility. About the Organization

We are a fast-growing cooperative focused on buying, warehousing, and distributing home appliances to over 130 independent retailers operating more than 200 storefronts throughout New England. Our mission is simple: to empower our members by providing the tools, logistics, and support they need to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage all daily warehouse operations, including staff supervision and facility oversight

  • Open and close the facility each day; manage scheduling and inbound freight coordination

  • Work closely with logistics and transportation teams to ensure timely outbound shipments

  • Monitor inventory accuracy through cycle counts and maintain clear inventory records

  • Ensure all warehouse procedures comply with OSHA safety standards

  • Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate warehouse employees

  • Approve timecards, manage attendance, and submit weekly reports to payroll

  • Maintain equipment and schedule regular maintenance

  • Handle after-hours inventory tasks and special warehouse projects as needed

  • Identify operational improvements to boost efficiency and reduce overtime

  • Prepare and manage documentation for receiving and shipping processes

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business preferred

  • Minimum of 5 years experience managing warehouse or distribution center operations

  • Proven ability to supervise staff, manage inventory, and enforce safety protocols

  • Strong administrative, organizational, and communication skills

  • Comfortable with hands-on work, including lifting up to 15 pounds and operating power equipment

  • Team-oriented attitude with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
