Pay Rate: $24.15 per hour
Shifts Available:

  • Day shift (A & B): 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM
  • Schedule : 3-2-2-3 rotating schedule

Kelly® Professional & Industrial is hiring Warehouse Operator talent to join a leading pharmaceutical manufacturer in Clayton, NC. This role plays a critical part in ensuring production lines receive the right materials at the right time — and you'll be supported by a team that values safety, quality, and strong work ethics.

What You'll Be Doing as a Warehouse Operator II

•    Operate stand-up Raymond forklifts, reach trucks, and EPJs to move, stage, and deliver materials for production.
•    Perform daily forklift inspections and follow all site safety protocols, including safe driving, intersection stops, and pedestrian right-of-way.
•    Support production by delivering the correct components to the correct line at the right time, scanning each pallet from start to finish.
•    Work in both ambient and cold-room environments (jacket recommended).
•    Assist trainers by demonstrating tasks to new associates (no formal training required, but demonstration support is needed).
•    Perform accurate inventory tasks, including physical counts and systematic confirmations.

What Makes You a Successful Fit

•    3–5 years of forklift and warehouse experience in a fast-paced environment.
•    Minimum 4 years of experience operating Raymond/stand-up/reach/EPJ equipment.
•    Experience with PDA systems, PAS-X, SAP, and warehouse scanning processes.
•    Strong proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Office, Teams, or similar software tools.
•    Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and communicate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
•    Able to demonstrate proper work techniques to new associates.
•    Strong attention to detail, quality, and ethical work practices.

Safety Expectations
•    Complete forklift inspections daily and before switching equipment.
•    Follow all site safety rules, including safe travel speed and pedestrian awareness.
•    Center loads properly and secure pallets in rack locations.
•    Immediately report any safety or product incident at the moment it occurs.
