Warehouse Associates – Pick & Pack & Shipping Clerk

We are hiring Warehouse Associates to support daily operations. Openings are available for Pick & Pack and Shipping Clerk roles.

Available Roles Pick & Pack Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Pack products with quality and accuracy

• Follow work instructions from supervisors and team leaders

• Maintain a safe work environment for yourself and others

• Perform other duties as assigned

Experience / Qualifications

• Warehouse experience preferred

• Ability to lift 40+ lbs

• Ability to stand for 8+ hours

• Basic math skills

• Ability to work independently

• Willingness to accept responsibility

• Continuous improvement mindset

• Ability to learn quickly and adapt

• Results- and deadline-oriented

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Shipping Clerk – Shipping

Key Responsibilities

• Operate handheld scan guns to pick orders for shipment

• Identify and pull parts from inventory, including consignment locations

• Prepare items for shipment following standard operating procedures

• Complete accurate, error-free system transactions

• Assist with cycle counts, inventory transfers, and restocking

• Complete training for truck loading

• Follow all safety procedures, including required PPE

• Participate in continuous improvement activities

• Perform other duties as assigned

Experience / Qualifications

• Shipping or warehouse experience preferred

• Forklift experience required (stand-up Raymond truck a plus)

• Experience with warehouse systems (WMS preferred)

• Basic math and computer skills

• Knowledge of HazMat labeling and export orders preferred

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

• Strong accountability and work ethic

Physical Requirements (Both Roles)

• Ability to lift and move up to 40 lbs
  (Assistance provided for heavier items)

Schedule

• 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM

• 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:30 PM–12:00 AM (Shipping Clerk only)

Pay Rate

• $16.00/hour – Paid Weekly
