Our client, a globally recognized leading manufacturer of state-of-the-art power distribution solutions, is RAPIDLY GROWING and seeking STAGING OPERATORS to join their team.

$20.00 - $21.00 Per Hour
Monday – Friday 6:00 am – 2:30 pm
In this role you will be responsible for coordinating and preparing materials and components for production while ensuring they are properly organized and ready for use.
Responsibilities:
- Follow 3D model to install final parts (i.e. cover panels, labels, etc.) on power cabinets
- Use standard hand tools (i.e. drill, wrench, screwdrivers, etc.) to complete tasks assigned
- Sort and stage material to be used at final packaging station
- Assemble wood pallets as required
- Verify the accuracy of the materials and components received by comparing them to the specifications provided
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or discrepancies to appropriate personnel
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain clean and organized staging area
- Assists in other tasks related to material handling and inventory control as needed
Preferred Experience:
- Previous experience in staging, material handling, or warehouse operations
- Communication skills
- Problem solving and critical thinking skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of standard hand tools (i.e. drill, wrench, screwdrivers, etc.)
- Basic computer skills (i.e. web browser, email)
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes and types of materials/components
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to accurately verify and label materials
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds
- Ability to stand for an extended period of time
- Must be able to bend, squat, kneel, or climb a stepladder while working
- Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination
