Warehouse Supervisor – Franklin, MA
Salary: $65,000–$90,000/year (Exempt, Salaried)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM

A fast-growing regional distribution group that supports over 130 independent retailers across 200+ storefronts is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to help oversee and guide daily operations in a busy warehouse environment.

What You'll Do
  • Assist Warehouse Managers with supervising daily warehouse operations, including order picking, receiving, and staging

  • Provide hands-on leadership and support — this is an active, working supervisor role

  • Train, coach, and oversee warehouse staff, including temporary workers and new hires

  • Conduct quality checks on product staging and ensure fulfillment accuracy

  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas in compliance with OSHA standards

  • Monitor and maintain records for incoming and outgoing shipments

  • Support equipment monitoring, basic maintenance, and safe usage

  • Assist with physical tasks such as picking, storing, loading/unloading, and inventory movements

  • Address operational challenges quickly and effectively in collaboration with leadership

Who You Are
  • High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business preferred

  • 5+ years of warehouse or distribution center experience, including leadership responsibilities

  • Strong communicator and team motivator

  • Comfortable working in a physically active role (lifting up to 15 lbs., bending, reaching, etc.)

  • Skilled in operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks

  • Organized, dependable, and proactive — always willing to go the extra mile

  • Experienced in inbound/outbound logistics and warehouse documentation standards
