-Pay Rate: $17.25/hour
- Shift: 2 PM - 10 PM, Monday to Friday, with mandatory overtime as needed)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Handle, move, load, and unload materials by hand or using various material handling equipment.
- Open and seal crates, boxes, cartons, and other containers.
- Collect, sort, store, and distribute materials efficiently.
- Process orders from requisitions and dispense stock items.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock rotation.
- Ship, receive, and process freight in accordance with company policies.
- Maintain orderly stocking and ensure timely delivery of merchandise.
- Update the purchase order system as shipments are received, canceled, or back ordered.
- Process inventory paperwork and provide regular updates to management on inventory issues.
- Participate in activities such as kit and bundle breakdown and component sorting.
Qualifications & Skills:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 0-1 year of general experience; 1 year of functional experience strongly desired.
- Moderate understanding of general aspects of the logistics role.
- Ability to follow routine assignments with limited judgment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under close supervision.
- Effective communication skills for conveying routine information.
