Now Hiring: Warehouse Worker

Location: Wallingford, CT
Pay: $20–$23 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and safety-minded Warehouse Worker to join our team in Wallingford, CT. In this role, you'll help maintain smooth warehouse operations by receiving, organizing, and preparing materials for delivery. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Unload, inspect, and verify incoming materials and equipment for quality and accuracy.

  • Stock and organize materials in assigned locations by type, size, and specification.

  • Pull and assemble customer orders; prepare materials for shipment or delivery.

  • Operate forklifts, overhead cranes, and other material handling equipment safely.

  • Prepare and complete documentation for UPS, LTL, and other carriers.

  • Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness in compliance with OSHA and company standards.

  • Follow all safety procedures and immediately report any hazards or incidents.

  • Perform additional duties and assist with special projects as needed.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required.

  • Basic math, reading, and computer skills.

  • Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

  • Previous warehouse or material handling experience preferred.

  • Forklift or crane operation experience a plus (certification preferred).
