Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm
This position is ONSITE in Timmonsville, SC, must be able to commute to Timmonsville, SC

What does a Warranty Analyst do? To provide and administer a warranty program for PS&P retail customers, support AHM dealer network with daily warranty claim assistance for Honda products distributed in the U.S., and process claims for U.S. built products exported around the world. Provide support with training to PS&P retailers for warranty activities that follow policies included in the Warranty Policy and Procedures Manual (WPPM). Periodically audit dealer claims to ensure their integrity. Ensure claims submitted are constructed to stay within compliance guidelines for TREAD and SOX requirements.
Job Tasks:
• Process daily claims returned to AH due to submission errors - 25%
• Provide assistance and support to dealers with warranty questions via Warranty Connect and phone calls incoming and outgoing - 25%
• Update and administrate that CRRS cases are properly noted to support claim necessity - 20%
• Process Warranty Claim Review (WCRF) forms submitted via iN - 5%
• Ensure quality of claims on a daily basis for compliance necessity - 10%
• Administrate WPPM policies to ensure dealers are compliant with warranty properties - 5%
• Provide one on one coaching activities with PS&P dealers on correction and resubmission of returned claims - 10%
Minimum Educational Qualifications:
Associates degree in business related field or 3 years experience in the automotive or PS&P's industry with either OEM or PS&P dealerships or experience in Operations roles as a Communications Coordinator.
Minimum Experience:
Experience in Operations roles as a Communications Coordinator, time in an auto or powersports dealership a plus.
Other Job-Specific Skills:
Ability to handle multiple task assignments, Strong computer skills with Word and Excel
