We're seeking a Weekend Night Shift Warehouse Supervisor to work at a premier logistics company in Sparks, NV.  Sound good? Take a closer look below. SHIFT:

  • Weekend Night Shift
  • Saturday, Sunday, Monday – 6 p.m. – 6 a.m.
Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
  • Hourly pay of $31.25, equivalent to $65K.
  • 3 x 12 shifts will be paid at full 40 hours if full weekend shift is worked.

What's a typical day as a Warehouse Supervisor? You'll be:
  • Overseeing all warehouse operations during the night, ensuring productivity, safety, and inventory accuracy while also acting as a key holder with responsibilities for opening and closing the facility
  • Overseeing and coordinating daily warehouse activities, including order fulfillment, replenishment, and loading
  • Supervising the work and safety of warehouse employees, ensuring compliance with safety regulations
  • Managing labor hours and resources within budget, preparing work schedules, and addressing performance or employee-related concerns

This job might be an outstanding fit if you meet the following qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in warehouse operations and supervision
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and related software
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to a night shift schedule
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and equipment operation (e.g., forklifts)
