Schedule /Pay Rate/Compensation:
Monday-Friday 7:00 am-3:00pm (OT before/after standard hrs.) 

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG, TIG, and stick welding on a variety of metal materials, ensuring high-quality welds that meet industry standards.
• Utilize grinders to shave down and finish metal components, achieving precise specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine welding requirements and specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and company policies.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Ability to work long hours as needed to meet project demands.

 

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a welder, with expertise in MIG, TIG, and stick welding.
• Strong knowledge of metal fabrication and finishing techniques.
• Familiarity with reading blueprints and technical drawings.
• Ability to operate grinders and other metalworking tools safely and effectively.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Strong work ethic and reliability; ability to work extended hours if required.
