Kelly Services is Now Hiring: Experienced Welders – 2nd Shift

Kelly Services is seeking skilled Welders for openings on 2nd Shift. As a Welder, you'll lay out, fit, and weld metal components to precise specifications—supporting the production of both sub-assemblies and final products that reflect our commitment to quality and durability. 

Location: Raleigh, NC
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM

Key Responsibilities

  • Interpret detailed blueprints and welding diagrams
  • Set up and operate welding, grinding, and cutting equipment
  • Assemble parts and sub-assemblies to specified standards
  • Inspect finished welds for quality and accuracy
  • Maintain detailed production records and documentation
  • Keep your workspace clean and safe
  • Perform other duties as assigned

 

Requirements: 

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • At least 3 years of MIG welding experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong ability to read blueprints and perform detailed mathematical calculations
  • Proficiency with welding tools, calipers, micrometers, and grinders
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Must pass respiratory medical evaluation, respirator training, and fit test before starting
