DRS RADA Technologies, a defense manufacturing company producing life-saving radar systems, is seeking a Material Planner for its Beit She'an manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and control inventory levels to ensure optimal material availability.
• Prepare and analyze periodic inventory simulations and present periodic reports with a global perspective.
• Identify slow-moving, obsolete, and excess inventory and develop solutions to reduce inventory exposure.
• Plan and execute cycle counts and periodic inventory counts, identify discrepancies, and drive actions to improve inventory accuracy.
• Monitor and control MRP (Material Requirements Planning) processes and approve purchase requisitions prior to procurement execution.
• Lead inventory optimization activities and develop inventory planning simulations.
• Manage safety stock levels and inventory policies.

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering & Management or Economics & Management – Required.
• Strong inventory management skills and ability to coordinate with multiple organizational functions, including Manufacturing, Planning, Procurement, Warehouse, and Finance.
• At least 4 years of experience in a similar role within an electronics manufacturing environment.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including report creation and data analysis.
• Experience with ERP systems, including Priority ERP – Advantage.
• Ability to independently manage projects and multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
• High level of English proficiency, both written and spoken.
