Sanford Family Medicine is seeking a part-time (32 hours/week) experienced PMHNP to join our Primary Care team in Sanford, Maine. Join us, and you will find supportive, collaborative colleagues; strong patient/provider relationships; comprehensive resources and advanced technologies, including fully integrated Epic EMR. In this Primary Care practice, the clients' biopsychosocial information is added to one integrated medical record. This supports communication within the team and optimizes care.

Desired competencies, skills & experience
- Certification by the American Nurses Credentialing Center as a PMHNP
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a PMHNP
- Experience in a primary care or outpatient medical practice setting preferred
- Ability to attain (or currently licensed as) an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse License in the State of Maine
- Duties and Responsibilities of the job:
- Integrated care to clients on a primary care team
- Psychiatric evaluations
- Medication management
- Consultation to the primary care team
