Mastercard has a vision to build a leadership position as the only truly multi-rail payments technology company and Europe is at the forefront in defining and executing our multi-rail strategy. Commercial payments are a large opportunity for Mastercard. This role will develop and grow our commercial products and solutions for large market B2B and Travel & Entertainment, supplier payments and embedded finance technology partnerships.

The Mastercard Account Management team is dedicated to building strong relationships with Banks, Financial Institutions, Fintech & Digital Partners and driving the adoption of Mastercard Products and Services. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented manager to support our sales team operations and contribute to our growth.
This role is pivotal in driving strategic partnerships and fostering innovation within the fintech and digital partners ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial technology, digital payments, and strategic business development.

Key Responsibilities
• Implement Strategy: Implement and execute strategies to enhance Mastercard's footprint with fintech companies and digital partners such as: Processors, PSPs, Payment Facilitators, etc.
• Partnership Development: Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships with key fintech and digital players.
• Innovation and Growth: Drive innovation by collaborating with internal teams and external partners to build and execute a strong GoToMarket for new relevant products and services.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape in the fintech/Digital partners' sector.

About You:
• Experience in managing sales strategies for complex accounts or industry verticals.
• Ability to turn technical concepts into clear, compelling sales narrative.
• Clear understanding of Fintech and Digital Partners ecosystems and drivers.
• Strong attitude in building long-lasting relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions.
• A proven track record of working effectively with diverse teams and partners.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building at all levels skills.
• Confidence in working well under pressure and meeting tight deadlines
