Title and Summary
Analyst, Account Management, Global Business Platforms Overview:Imagine rolling up your sleeves with some of the world's leading technology companies to create innovative, differentiated products and solutions that shape the future of commerce. The Global Business Platforms team within Mastercard Global Partnerships is responsible for cultivating and managing Mastercard's strategic partnerships with key SaaS and Cloud-based business service provider players across the ecosystem. Working together, we enable some of the biggest names in tech to build best-in-class solutions leveraging Mastercard technology and deliver them at scale – solving real world problems for our partners and their customers.
Role:
In this high-profile, customer-facing position you will:
• Be a key team member supporting one or more of Mastercard's global partnerships with leading tech companies.
• Support the day-to-day customer relationship including building and enhancing relationships with key stakeholders.
• Support identification of new partner / segment needs and market conditions for collective strategy assessment.
• Support co-innovation with your immediate team and partners to build new product propositions through close collaboration with Mastercard product development and innovation teams.
• Help represent your customers' and the market perspective internally at Mastercard.
• Help support all aspects of customer engagement and proposals (including crafting compelling RFP responses) and deal development (including business case development) in close collaboration with your management team.
• Develop and share best practices and processes and drive standard methodologies across the Global Business Platforms team.

• Juggling multiple deliverables is your jam- you have exceptional project management, prioritization, and organizational skills and have experience supporting complex, multi-faceted workstreams.
• You're a natural listener and communicator- you easily detect common partner trends and customer needs and feed internal communication loop.
• You enjoy engaging with internal and external stakeholders in matrixed organizations to get things done- if there's a hurdle, you know what levers to pull to work around it.
• You're a relationship builder and create trust internally and externally exhibiting sound business judgement.
• You have strong executive-level communication (verbal and written) skills.
• You're growth-oriented and adaptable, thriving in fast-paced, rapidly evolving environments.
• You have exceptional networking, communication, and storytelling skills, with a strong focus on results and urgency stand out.
• Exposure to the payments industry is a plus alongside interest and knowledge of the latest trends in digital payments, AI, crypto/blockchain, gaming/metaverse and open banking.
