All About the Role

As an Associate Managing Consultant – Services Business Development, you will be part of a high-performing team focused on driving growth and expanding the Services business by assisting in the development of strategic partnerships across Financial Institutions, Retail & Commerce and Public Sector customers in Iberia.

Your role will involve supporting business development initiatives, ensuring smooth sales operations, and providing coordination between internal teams and external clients. You will help prepare proposals, track progress, and maintain accurate documentation to enable effective planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Development Activities
- Assist in identifying and qualifying new services sales opportunities
- Support relationship-building efforts with new and existing customers
- Help craft clear problem statements and gather insights to inform proposals
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Account Managers, Product Teams) to align priorities across Financial Institutions, Retail & Commerce and Public Sector

• Planning & Execution
- Assist on crafting go-to market strategies
- Contribute to annual and quarterly planning sessions
- Track progress against agreed objectives and funding allocations
- Ensure timely follow-up on action items and deliverables

• Sales Coordination & Administration
- Manage scheduling, documentation, and reporting for sales activities
- Maintain CRM records and ensure data accuracy
- Coordinate internal approvals and compliance checks for deals
- Support preparation of presentations, proposals, and client-facing materials

All About You:

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or a related field required
• Experience in business development or business consulting
• Familiarity with banking, payments or related industries desirable
• Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively in English and in Portuguese, both verbally and in writing
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
