Title and Summary
Associate Specialist, Implementation (1 year contract subject to 1 year renewal) (First Employment/Rosetta Contract) Job Overview:Customer Delivery Europe is in the center of Mastercard Europe Organization and the key contact between the Divisions, Operations and Technology, Global products and the other business units. The Customer Implementation Services (CIS) group works in a customer-facing environment, drives new and existing products/services to market from a processing implementation perspective. The team is delivering standard and complex implementation activities, ensuring high quality service to our customers, applying project management, guiding the customer through the different tasks that need to happen in order to become live in the market and ensuring high reliability of the implementations.
Major Accountabilities:
• Act as central point of contact for customers and/or Mastercard customer representatives throughout processing implementation project.
• Document the customer needs and assess the implementation impacts on customers' and Mastercard's processing systems and platforms.
• Define scope, plan and drive customer processing implementation projects of new electronic payments processing business activities following the global project coordination methodology.
• Act as processing implementation advisor, to customers' processing support staff. Provide guidance to execute all necessary processing implementation activities.
• Handle multiple key customer processing implementation projects in parallel, including key implementations (key customers, key markets, key services / products)
• Define, maintain and document standard and non-standard key customer processing implementation processes.
• Provide trainings within customer delivery organization, customers and share knowledge to scale up processes and new products.
Your profile:
You have a Bachelor's or master's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Exact Sciences, Business or proven experience in a similar role and in a client facing position.
• You are familiar with the Mastercard's payment processing systems, the 4-party model and the full transaction lifecycle for Mastercard brands;
• You have excellent written and verbal skills in English.
• You feel comfortable interacting with stakeholders at various levels and be an excellent communicator.
• You are a team player with excellent communication and people skills.
• You have great problem solving and logical thinking skills.
• You have an interest in new, emerging and digital technologies.
• You are structured, results driven and solution oriented.
• Stress-tolerant, motivated and proactive.
• Speaking several languages is a plus.
• You are eligible for a Rosetta contract/First employment contract (less than 24yo)
