As a BDR, responsibilities will focus on outreach activities to engage and target the ideal client profile, facilitating the process of ensuring leads are connected to the correct BD team lead and then quickly converted into opportunities.

This role not only enables the BDR to quickly upskill on our D&S product set, but it also allows the BDR to grow and pursue a role within Business Development in the future.

• Leverage knowledge of Mastercard D&S capabilities and how they fit together to understand relevance of our solutions to potential clients
• Track the leads and conversion process from beginning to end to quantify impact of efforts
• Drive collaboration with stakeholders across Mastercard to obtain qualitative feedback on outbound lead generation processes, implementing process/strategic improvements and deploying best practices
• Foster collaboration between SDR and BDR (i.e., inbound and outbound leads from the same company)
• Research contacts and generate interest through discovery calls and email campaigns
• Utilize active listening skills to understand and uncover client needs and business problems to effectively communicate how D&S products can meet those needs
• Consistently achieve quota by hitting call, email and meeting targets
• Use and maintain Salesforce to keep sales activity data accurate
