Job Title

Director, Digital B2B Product MarketingOverview

As part of the Integrated Marketing & Communications organization, the Global B2B & Product Marketing team is accountable for providing subject matter expertise and product marketing thought leadership across the Mastercard enterprise
The Director, Global Product Marketing is a core partner within the Digital Solutions business unit, and will be embedded with the Product teams to provide holistic product marketing acumen and drive the established GPM vision with internal and external partners globally
The Director will define and articulate consumer-led value propositions, positioning and compelling reasons-to-believe, for integration within B2B sales enablement tools and B2B2C customer solutions

Role
Partner with the Global Product teams to:

Identify and leverage consumer, customer and market insights to test and refine product concepts, competitive differentiation, stakeholder positioning and end-user messaging
Develop strategic marketing plans that support the global product roadmap, including commercialization activities that drive consumer awareness, usage and overall market scale
Play a central role with the Regional Product Marketing leads, capturing learnings and success stories to inform the development of global best practices and associated investment efficiencies
Partner with both Product and Product Marketing to ensure global consistency of positioning and messaging, balanced with local relevance
Monitor industry trends and available intelligence to evolve customer-facing sales tools with timely, relevant content
Drive sales enablement via new and evolving practices that advance content quality, deliver on account teams' requirements and drive customer engagement
Advocate and reinforce B2B-Product Marketing's proven standards and disciplines across businesses
All about You

Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred
Demonstrated expertise in the payments industry (bank, network, etc.)
Experience in digital payments solutions and principles around driving consumer engagement
Collaborative problem solver, with ability to manage complex projects across global, matrix organizations
Superior thought leadership and influence management skills, with proven ability to advocate and defend decisions and positions across all management levels
Strategic mindset with ability to make quick decisions in challenging, ambiguous situations
Proficiency in marketing strategy and planning across the consumer lifecycle
Analytical thinker, capable of identifying trends in consumer behavior and linkages to marketing activities
Superior written and oral communication skills
