Title and Summary
Creative and Strategic Presentation Designer The Services team is a key differentiator for Mastercard, providing the cutting-edge services that help our customers grow. Centered on data-driven technologies and innovation, this team provides consulting, marketing, loyalty and analytics to financial institutions and merchants globally. Specialized Product Delivery (SPD) is a department within Services' Advisors Client Services organization and focuses on the building out of new in-house capabilities to service our clients. Specifically this role is to contribute to the growth of the Advisors Creative Desk (ACD) within SPD. The Advisors Creative Desk is responsible for ideating and creating engaging, forward-thinking, on-brand creative solutions for our clients.Key Responsibilities:
Design and create visually impactful presentations that clearly convey key messages.
Ensure all content is consistent with brand guidelines and aligns with project goals.
Refresh and improve existing presentations for better visual appeal and storytelling.
Collaborate with stakeholders to transform complex concepts into clear, polished visuals.
Ensure presentations are aligned with strategic goals, providing recommendations to improve structure, flow, and overall impact.
Convert presentations into SCORM format for eLearning purposes.
Qualifications:
Proven ability to align presentations with strategic goals and suggest improvements to enhance structure and impact.
Technical Skills:
Advanced proficiency in English.
High-level skills in PowerPoint.
Familiarity with design software like Adobe Creative Suite.
Technical knowledge of 360 Articulate for converting presentations into SCORM format
Design Skills:
Strong design sense, with attention to layout and typography.
Ability to produce polished, engaging presentations that maintain brand consistency.
Soft Skills:
Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
Able to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
