Director, Consumer Marketing - Priceless Regional Lead, EEMEA Role: Director – Priceless Regional Lead, EEMEA

Overview/Job description summary
The Director will be responsible for defining the B2B2C strategy with external partners and deploy the go-to-market approach to promote and sell Priceless Platform and related Marketing assets, Partnerships and Sponsorships in the EEMEA region. This position is critical in reaching revenue, scale and distribution objectives and will have high visibility across the region. The Director will interact with several different functional areas (IMC, Sales, Product, Services) regionally and globally

Responsibilities
• Position Priceless strategy and platform as the way to bring our brand and Mastercard services into our partners' digital space
• Deploy a regional B2B2C strategy enabling Mastercard value proposition, driving cardholder engagement and differentiating Mastercard from competition
• Generate new business and revenue (monetization, direct/indirect revenues, CAF solutions)
• Responsible for achieving yearly sales and revenue target
• Develop financial offers and manages local pricing customization for the region
• Interact with internal MC partners to identify new and innovative revenue streams opportunities in the markets
• Execute new deals enabling integrations of Priceless Platform and Marketing related solutions and services
• Foster local collaboration model with other teams (Services, Products), with the objective to make MC content and services more and more central in the Issuers' and other partners' digital environment
• Define and supports the development of new joint best practices to be deployed in the region
• Work to ensure business sustainability and a long-term effective revenue in all the deals signed with partners
• Work with EEMEA divisional leads to establish and manage pipeline
• Partner with global Priceless Product team and the other internal units to create unique bundled solutions that can be offered to our partners

Experiences
• Broad or extensive experience with business development and sales strategy development and execution in complex/multi-countries accounts
• Strong business acumen with a proven track record of successfully partnering with different business stakeholders
• Extensive track record in achieving success/profitability for key customer accounts
• Demonstrated success in incorporating new solutions into existing customer accounts
• Experience in negotiating challenging situations and closing complex deals
• Experience in dealing with finance teams
• Demonstrated collaboration with marketing team and on marketing initiatives
• Solid understanding and experience of B2B and B2C marketing & communications
• Ability to distill and present information to senior audiences/clients
• Strong written and verbal communication/presentation skills
