Title and Summary

Director, Global Product Integration Overview
The Global Delivery Enablement team is looking for a Director, Global Product Integration, responsible for ensuring the successful, consistent, and scalable integration of new or significantly enhanced solutions. The ideal candidate is passionate about uncovering and delivering solutions that encourage positive top and bottom-line impact and growth; and has a solid ability to understand and expose key data assets that help increase awareness of trends and insights and drive business decisions. This individual is highly motivated, intellectually curious, strong collaborator, analytical, organized, and possesses an entrepreneurial mindset. This position requires initiative, critical thinking, thought leadership, and an understanding of go-to-market approaches and best practices. The individual in this position must be a proactive member of the organization with strong leadership skills to lead people effectively and ensure retainment of top talent. This role will have frequent interactions with Executive and Senior Level personnel.

Role & responsibilities
o Manage global resources to ensure quality, consistency, and efficiency with adherence to GDE Methodology.
o Leads a dialogue with Global Product and Engineering owners in their vertical, utilizing this partnership to ensure Studio Framework Excellence and the successful integration of products, addressing, and incorporating Regional Product and Market Delivery feedback as needed. Utilizes loyalty experience to enhance customer-centric product development and engagement strategies.
o Drives and supports high-complexity initiatives and develops supporting strategies for scale in the market.
o Leads regular, ongoing, and formal business reviews with key stakeholders regarding product performance, improvement opportunities (i.e., automation), and delivery challenges; incorporating performance metrics, analytical dashboards, insights, VOC (Voice of Customer), and Regional Delivery feedback that leads to improvements in processes, products, and workforce management. Utilizes loyalty expertise to interpret feedback and data for enhancing customer loyalty strategies.
o Partners with regional delivery leaders & and teams to provide them with the knowledge, support, tools, processes, and documentation necessary to perform their job functions with efficiency and effectiveness.
o Develops a coordinated approach to ensuring regional customer delivery staff are trained on the products and related implementation processes.
o Proactively articulates delivery implementation requirements and partners with global product owners & and leadership of the vertical to achieve consistent, efficient, flawless, fast, and light customer touch onboarding.
o Leads critical strategic product integration efforts with their respective vertical through the global Studio process in partnership with the global product owners, technology teams, and other stakeholders.
o Foster a culture of consistency, accountability, and continuous improvement. Attract and retain highly effective talent through mentoring, coaching, development, appraisal, and motivation techniques.
o Leads/supports global initiatives to enhance the efficiency and continuous evolution of GDE Standards and Methodology.
o Collaborate with partners across Mastercard to enable integrated, automated, & and scalable tools & and reporting to improve the customer experience.
o Reviews delivery practices for efficiency & standardization opportunities; identifies global best practices & drive adoption through the GCD (Global Customer Delivery) organization.

All About You
o Experience in leveraging loyalty programs and understanding customer loyalty dynamics, contributing to the enhancement of Mastercard's products, services, and customer engagement strategies. This includes a deep comprehension of how loyalty experiences intertwine with the payment ecosystem, adding value to the customer journey and reinforcing brand allegiance.
o Understanding the payment ecosystem, value chain, & and substantial knowledge of Mastercard's products, services, data assets, & and hand-offs.
o Experience integrating multiple business factors to develop transformational strategies that promote business growth & and superior solutions, including forecasting needs & and setting goals for a function.
o Demonstrated success in leading complex or strategic initiatives across a matrixed organization.
o Record of accomplishment in global project management thought leadership, including designing, and updating product excellence frameworks.
o Demonstrated expertise in driving global initiatives & and facilitating partnerships with various stakeholders, including selecting talent & planning/allocating resources across multiple geographies & and functions, & and fostering partnerships with multiple stakeholders.
o Experience delivering presentations that require critical decision-making from senior leadership and have notable change management implications.
o Ability to quickly understand, assess, simplify, and articulate complex business and technical challenges/solutions.
o Comfortable with uncertainty, changing and fast-paced environment.
o Consulting mindset or product development experience required.
o Passionate about technology, with a genuine curiosity to learn and apply new concepts.
o Analytical and problem-solving skills (define, measure, analyze, improve, and control)
o Ability to build strong working relationships and to interact well with the customer, internal and external business partners, and with varying levels of management.
o Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to leverage these skills in a teaching environment.
o Self-starter with the ability to work independently and work flexible hours as needed to support global delivery teams.
o Ability to lead, negotiate, and drive change in a technical work environment.
o Team player with a willingness to share and transfer knowledge.
o Project management accreditation a plus (e.g., PMP (Project Management Professional)/ PRINCE2 / AGILE project management)
o Language skills a plus, will be working with regional teams.

In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary based on location, experience and other qualifications for the role and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role.
