Title and Summary
Director, Product Management Overview: We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Director to drive key strategic initiatives and activities within our organization. This role is crucial in shaping the strategic direction of our business operations and ensuring the successful implementation of high-impact projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategic planning, market analysis, and team collaboration. This role requires a strategic thinker with a keen ability to identify opportunities and translate them into actionable plans to enhance our business operations and market position.Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive business strategies that align with the company's overall vision and goals.
Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities in the industry. Use insights to inform business strategy and development.
Project Oversight: Lead the execution of key strategic initiatives from concept to completion, ensuring that projects meet business needs and are delivered on time and within budget.
Cabinet Organization and Meeting Management: Organize and manage executive cabinets by preparing and distributing all necessary materials and information in advance. Chair key strategic meetings to ensure discussions are productive and aligned with the company's strategic goals. Prepare comprehensive materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and reports, to facilitate informed decision-making.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments, including Franchise, marketing, sales, and operations, to ensure strategic goals are integrated across all functions.
Performance Metrics: Define and analyze key performance indicators to evaluate the success of business strategies and make data-driven decisions for future initiatives.
Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a key point of contact for strategic matters among executive leadership, providing regular updates and strategic recommendations.

Excellence in strategic planning and end-to-end project management.
Experience in managing the development of business strategies with and for financial institutions and schemes. Background in cross-border operations, financial crime, open banking, gateways, value-added services, or wallets is necessary.
A commercial focus that leads to corporate growth through proven experience in business case development, revenue generation, and cost control.
A communicator and influencer, with the ability to forge strong relationships at all levels.
