Title and Summary
Director, Products and Solutions Your role:Grow Mastercard presence on the market in various dimensions and digitization levels in Poland by identifying and pursuing opportunities with new or existing customers, develop Mastercard's Poland business by closely working with sales teams.
Build on the strong existing products and business relationships we have, to drive innovations by launching new products and services across the product lifecycle, adopting new business models and help embrace new networks and build new service revenue streams to underscore Mastercard's thought and service leadership in segments.
You are part of a curious, diverse and dynamic team consisting of account managers, business development, product managers, marketing, technical experts and consultants.
Things you do:
Assist with the development of a sales pipeline in coordination with product development and account management teams, with a focus on digital payments, digital wallets, and click to pay solutions. Be active member of teams working proposals, bring new and innovative ideas helping to win and execute.
Develop and execute our Poland Digital strategy in cooperation with country management, account teams, marketing, services and product teams. Connect the worlds: make sure our market strategy is aligned with Mastercard's global and Europe strategy and ensure the market gets the central support required. Work with peers in adjacent functions to “connect the dots” to vividly sketch out a compelling vision of a world beyond cash.
Help prepare for and participate in conversations with key decision makers about product opportunities, with high focus on areas of digital payments.
Enhance ongoing business development relationships. Stay curious: watch the market, watch trends and bring new ideas to the table on how we can differentiate, grow and innovate our product universe. Analyse customers' existing business through profitability modelling, financial forecasting, and competitive analysis. Ask for regular feedback from our customers, monitor their strategy and proactively bring ideas for new products and services
Develop financial modelling and business cases for identified business development opportunities. On regular basis, monitor market value propositions of our existing and potential customers and proactively come with proposals for optimisation and improvements to increase business value and market share.
Support the execution and management of the customer contract agreement process, ensuring alignment internal country and product strategies. Assist in evaluating the deal process to deliver efficiencies and added improvements,
Support existing business development relationships (e.g., government, regulators, industry bodies). Lead strategic projects and be a pioneer in the field of digital payments, segment management, product development, product differentiation and innovation.
Be part of the team and serve our customers by keeping strong relationships and a good cooperation with internal stakeholders and customers alike to deliver on our business targets.
