Title and Summary
Director, Specialist Sales The Test & Learn Sales Specialist Director is a senior, client-facing leader responsible for driving the adoption and commercial success of Test & Learn solutions across key clients in Brazil. This role blends strategic sales, solution consulting, and market activation to accelerate experimentation-based decision-making among enterprise clients.Key Responsibilities:
- Commercial Ownership: Lead the sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure, including pipeline development, client pitching, pricing, and contracting.
- Client Engagement: Serve as a trusted advisor to senior client executives, identifying business challenges where Test & Learn can drive measurable impact (e.g., store openings, pricing, promotions, channel effectiveness).
- Solution Structuring: Translate complex analytic methodologies into compelling business value stories tailored to each client's strategic priorities.
- Market Development: Grow the footprint of Test & Learn in Brazil through strategic partnerships with internal stakeholders (Consulting, Product, Delivery) and external networks.
- Strategic Experimentation Support: Guide clients in identifying high-value use cases and converting them into robust experiments that generate ROI.
Ideal Profile:
- Sales Leadership: Strong track record in enterprise solution selling, ideally in analytics, SaaS, or consulting.
- Analytical Acumen: Ability to understand and communicate the value of statistical methodologies in a business context.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in retail, payments, or financial services is highly preferred.
- Executive Presence: Capable of influencing and negotiating with C-level stakeholders.
- Self-Starter: Comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and high-growth environment.

O(a) Diretor(a) Especialista em Vendas – Test & Learn é um(a) líder sênior, com forte atuação junto a clientes, responsável por impulsionar a adoção e o sucesso comercial das soluções de Test & Learn entre os principais clientes no Brasil. Esta função combina vendas estratégicas, consultoria de soluções e ativação de mercado para acelerar a tomada de decisões baseada em experimentação no ambiente corporativo.
Principais Responsabilidades:
- Responsabilidade Comercial: Liderar o ciclo completo de vendas, desde a prospecção até o fechamento, incluindo desenvolvimento de pipeline, apresentações comerciais, definição de preços e negociação contratual.
- Relacionamento com Clientes: Atuar como um(a) consultor(a) de confiança para executivos seniores, identificando desafios de negócio onde o Test & Learn pode gerar impacto mensurável (ex.: abertura de lojas, precificação, promoções, eficácia de canais).
- Estruturação de Soluções: Traduzir metodologias analíticas complexas em narrativas de valor de negócio relevantes e alinhadas às prioridades estratégicas de cada cliente.
- Desenvolvimento de Mercado: Expandir a presença de Test & Learn no Brasil por meio de parcerias estratégicas com stakeholders internos (Consultoria, Produto, Entregas) e redes externas.
- Apoio à Experimentação Estratégica: Apoiar os clientes na identificação de casos de uso com alto potencial e convertê-los em experimentos robustos que gerem retorno sobre o investimento (ROI).
Perfil Ideal:
- Liderança em Vendas: Histórico comprovado em vendas de soluções corporativas, idealmente em analytics, SaaS ou consultoria.
- Capacidade Analítica: Habilidade para compreender e comunicar o valor de metodologias estatísticas em um contexto de negócios.
- Conhecimento Setorial: Experiência nos setores de varejo, meios de pagamento ou serviços financeiros é altamente desejável.
- Presença Executiva: Capacidade de influenciar e negociar com executivos de alto nível (C-level).
- Perfil Autônomo: Confortável atuando com autonomia em ambientes dinâmicos, ambíguos e de rápido crescimento.
