Title and Summary
Manager, Account Management Responsible for setting sales strategies and proposals to achieve sales goals that drive market share, volume and revenue growth in Bosnia and Herzegovina.Leads and manages existing customer relationships with Financial Institutions, as well as the acquisition of new customers
Capable of negotiating and dealing on C-Level to identify opportunities and customer requirements
Focus on client success. Partners with the customer to establish, execute and report progress against annual business plans
Develop strong internal relationships within Mastercard to enable business goals achievement and differentiate Mastercard from the competitors.
In depth experience in sales and relationship management, ideally in the payments/financial services industry (min 5-8 years, advanced expertise)
Excellent strategic thinking and analytical skills with an evidenced track record in problem-solving and creating solutions that increase revenue
Experienced in planning, managing, and closing complex, competitive sales efforts
Impactful and influencing, strong negotiation skills
Team player with ability to work with all levels in a highly intellectual, collaborative, and fast paced environment
Ability to manage and grow internal and external cross functional relationships and partnership
Have a work permit for Serbia and be able to travel
Bachelor's degree required
Position is based in Sarajevo; Candidates must be fluent in both Bosnian and English (verbal and written)
