Manager, Account Management Job Description Summary
BAC Credomatic is the most important account on a regional level in CAC. Has presence in the 6 countries and co-exist with a Regional Team.
“The Regional Player” is Credomatic's competitive advantage. Unified Product and Brand Strategy, Same Technological Infrastructure, Integrated Customer-facing Platforms, Regional Alliances managed centrally and Product Delivery through POS Systems is a crucial component of its strategic and how is perceived in the region.

BAC Credomatic represents more than 30% GDV and almost 29% NR of Total Mastercard in Central America.

Candidate skills:
• Recognize the local markets and competitive environment.
• Understand the payment industry, be able to manage conversation with a Middle Senior Management level while supporting Senior Management Strategies.
• Partners with customer to deliver customized solutions and comprehensive consulting support. Knowledge of products and services in addition to trends in market.
• Capacity and knowledge about Mastercard processes, to leverage problem solving with the customer and provide solutions.
• Responsible for pipeline management at the account level: manage commercial tools and key metrics, salesforce, planning and tracking deal and financial performance, as well as contracts construction.
• Seek opportunities, identifies new business with a result oriented focus.
• Develop and implement sales plans including business development in association with Marketing, Market Development and Product teams.
• Manage projects and cross-functional initiatives.
