Overview
The Talent and Organizational Effectiveness (T & OE) COE connects our people to priceless opportunities so they can reach their potential and ensure we reach ours. The T & OE COE is looking for a Manager, Change Management to help drive our Change Management, Organizational Development, and Project Management capabilities forward by consistently innovating and problem-solving. The ideal candidate is passionate about the organizational and employee readiness journey, highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and possesses an entrepreneurial mindset.

The successful candidate will work collaboratively across the organization to support and enable effective change management, organizational development and project management activities around dynamic and strategic initiatives touching multiple facets of Mastercard. The ideal candidate is passionate about organizational and employee readiness, highly motivated, intellectually curious, and analytical.

The role is hybrid, with occasional travel to various Mastercard locations as required.

Role:
• Leads and owns change management, organizational development, and project management activities on an array of strategic initiatives spanning across Mastercard.
• Identifies and executes effective change management, organizational development, and project management interventions and solutions on strategic business cases.
• Partners across all areas of the COE in developing action plans through impact assessments, stakeholder assessments, readiness assessments, and business readiness.
• Tracks and monitors change management, organizational development, and project management activities across workstreams to ensure quality execution, as well as supports the development of communications to ensure changes are clearly articulated to the business.
• Coaches employees, managers, and senior leaders on effective change management, organizational development and project management and leadership approaches.
• Creates plans, roadmaps, assessments, analyses, presentations, and additional materials for activities as required.
• Consults, advises, and engages project teams, managers, and senior executives as needed to support change activities.

All About You:
• Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree in change management or organizational development a plus.
• Strong change management, project management and OD fundamentals.
• Significant experience working inhouse or consulting in change management, organizational development, and project management for wide-sweeping- transformational initiatives.
• Strong track record of managing / leading enterprise-wide projects, change and transformational initiatives, with sustainable results.
• Certification in change management, organizational development, and project management methodology, a plus.
• Experience working with and managing a centralized change toolkit/playbook.
• Understanding of people practices end to end is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and a diverse set of stakeholders is a plus.
• Strong previous experience in project management and organizational development/effectiveness, including leadership coaching/assessments and cultural engagement activities.
• Previous experience in M&A and management consulting, a plus.
• Business orientation, with a stakeholder management mindset and the ability to collaborate across a matrixed organization, including cross-functional teams in various locations and time zones and influencing without authority at different levels of the organization.
• Ability to use strategic thinking and data to create insights on program design, implementation tactics, and communication strategy.
• Experience working in a global and highly matrixed organization. In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary based on location, experience and other qualifications for the role and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role.
