Overview
We are seeking a Manager, Consumer Marketing to join our Global Business Solutions Center team. This role will partner with Global and Regional Marketing teams to support the planning, execution, and optimisation of marketing initiatives, ensuring marketing teams are enabled to deliver high-quality work at scale.
The role spans marketing planning, campaign execution support, content and platform enablement, and performance understanding, bringing together insights, processes, and best practices to improve how marketing is delivered. It requires a strong understanding of how marketing operates end-to-end, from planning and execution to storytelling and stakeholder communication, while overseeing a team responsible for supporting these activities.
The ideal candidate brings a marketing-led mindset, a solution-oriented approach, and a passion for continuous improvement, with the ability to operate confidently across strategy, execution, stakeholder management, and team leadership.

Role
• Support marketing planning and execution across campaigns, initiatives, and programs, ensuring alignment to agreed objectives and timelines.
• Oversee workstreams spanning content, platforms, reporting, and campaign support, ensuring coordinated and effective delivery across the team.
• Ensure marketing activities are delivered with consistent quality, accuracy, and timeliness across all outputs.
• Provide direction and guidance to ensure team outputs align with broader marketing priorities and strategic objectives.
• Guide the team in pulling insights from performance data, dashboards, and research to inform marketing decisions.
• Identify patterns and trends in consumer behaviour and campaign performance to highlight opportunities and risks.
• Translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations that support marketing planning and decision-making.
• Ensure insights are communicated through structured storytelling, presentations, and performance readouts.
• Oversee content management and usage, ensuring content is organised, accessible, and effectively reused across campaigns and platforms.
• Ensure marketing platforms and tools are used consistently and effectively to support execution and measurement.
• Identify opportunities to improve marketing processes, systems, and ways of working.
• Drive continuous improvement to increase efficiency, scalability, and execution quality across marketing delivery.
• Partner with marketing and business stakeholders to understand priorities, requirements, and dependencies.
• Manage expectations, timelines, and delivery across multiple stakeholders and workstreams.
• Present plans, insights, and outcomes with clarity and confidence to senior and cross-functional audiences.
• Act as a reliable point of contact for marketing enablement-related work, ensuring clear communication and follow-through.

All About You
The ideal candidate for this position should have:
• Proven experience influencing Consumer and Product Marketing strategies, using campaign performance, usage data, consumer behaviour insights, and market intelligence.
• Strong analytical capability, with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations that inform planning and decision-making.
• Excellent presentation and executive storytelling skills, with experience building concise, high-impact decks and narratives for senior stakeholders.
• A strong understanding of end-to-end marketing, with the ability to guide and optimise marketing plans across campaigns, channels, platforms, and portfolios.
• Experience supporting and overseeing end-to-end marketing execution, including content, platforms, campaigns, agencies, approvals, and governance processes.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and develop teams, providing direction, coaching, and quality oversight across multiple workstreams.
• A solution-oriented, continuous improvement mindset, focused on improving marketing processes, systems, operating models, and execution quality.
