Role
We're looking for a Content Design leader to help define and deliver exceptional experiences for our Open Finance products. This isn't just about writing words, it's about crafting clarity, building trust, and telling a cohesive story across complex ecosystems.

You'll partner with UX designers, researchers, and legal teams to make sure every interaction feels intuitive, meaningful and informative. From strategy to execution, you'll lead the way in creating content that connects with people, builds trust and drives conversion.

• Lead with vision: Own content strategy for complex, large-scale products and ensure high-quality, on-time delivery. Align stakeholders, manage risks, and influence strategic decisions in collaboration with senior leaders and executives.
• Set standards: to the development of best-in-class content design standards and best practices for Mastercard, relying on research and expert understanding of heuristics and patterns.
• Shape the story: Draw on deep subject matter expertise and rigorous research to craft audience-focused, accessible content that differentiates our products. That could include product storytelling, messaging, UI copy, verbal identity, IA, content testing, localization, support content, etc.
• Manage translations services
• Drive collaboration: Facilitate workshops, brainstorms, and cross-functional alignment to ensure content is integrated seamlessly into the design process.
• Improve efficiencies: Implement translation management systems (TMS) and technologies that support the efficiency of Content Design work at scale.
• Mentor and grow: Support and develop team members, fostering an inclusive and engaged culture within our global Open Finance UX team.
• Innovate: Implement tools and systems that make content design more efficient and scalable.
• Advocate: Evangelize Content Design within Mastercard and actively contribute to the internal CX&D community, promoting exchange of learning, best practices and new ideas.

About You
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience leading the content strategy of web and mobile experiences in complex product ecosystems, ideally B2B2C, with positive results.
• Demonstrated expertise collaborating with cross-functional teams on fast-moving, early-stage products (start-up experience is a plus).
• Proven ability to synthesize input from multiple areas (testing, feedback, metrics, etc.) to drive continual improvements.
• Superb writing and communication skills.
• Expert in Figma, supporting content creation and documentation.
• Advanced ability to package and explain work to wider audiences and influence decision making.
• Experience in open finance (or adjacent fields) and people management experience are both preferred.
• Familiar with Open Finance is a plus
