This role sits within the Business & Markets Insights (B&MI) services organization. The Business & Market Insights vertical is focused on creating products and solutions that create value for customers through Analytics, Insights, Business Experimentation, and Consulting & Digital Labs.
Within B&MI, Deploy is one of the fastest-growing consulting capabilities, designed to accelerate implementation, execution, and adoption of Mastercard strategies and platforms.
Deploy bridges strategy and delivery by providing end-to-end program management and execution subject matter experts to clients, technical scoping, technical implementation capabilities including digital channel development and integration services as well as cutting-edge platform solutions across consumer and commercial payments, product optimization, processing and acceptance, customer acquisition & engagement, security solutions and open finance.
Strong partnerships and efficient operations are integral to Deploys product offering, and as we scale, we are increasing our focus on establishing the frameworks, governance, and operational pathways that enable consistent support and global rollout of new solutions, ensuring we can grow sustainably while strengthening the partnerships that power our products.
The Deploy product team is seeking a manager to help drive the expansion of our product operations and partnership capabilities. This role offers the opportunity to deepen Mastercard product knowledge and work with emerging technologies, with responsibilities spanning all consulting domains globally.
Role
• Cultivate, maintain and oversee strategic partnerships, including negotiating agreements and overseeing ongoing partner performance to strengthen product capabilities and market reach.
• Support the operational aspects of partnerships by managing onboarding, coordinating required documentation, ensuring product readiness and compliance, and facilitating smooth integration into Deploys product ecosystem.
• Draft, review, and prepare routine legal agreements (SOWs) and documentation using established templates.
• Maintain and uphold governance and compliance standards related to documentation, contract strategies, and onboarding/access procedures.
• Serve as a Partner Onboarding Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Deploy product team by developing deep expertise in end-to-end onboarding processes and requirements.
• Continuously improve and standardize the partner onboarding process, simplifying steps and driving automation to create a more seamless experience for both internal teams and partners.
• Develop and maintain centralized knowledge repositories, including playbooks, workflows, templates, training materials, and sample responses that clearly articulate processes from both business and partner perspectives.
• Build strong working relationships with internal teams—particularly Sourcing and Legal—to streamline workflows, resolve bottlenecks, and accelerate turnaround times.
• Analyze operational, commercial, and market data to support decision-making, prioritization, and continuous improvement across product and partnership operations.
• Contribute to partner pricing models, governance frameworks, and go-to-market strategies to support commercially viable and scalable product offerings.
• Identify, evaluate, and recommend emerging technologies (e.g., AI, blockchain, open finance etc.) for strategic application within Deploys ecosystem of platform solutions.
• Support and govern opportunity pipeline tracking and prepare materials for presentations (adhoc/on request) including stakeholder updates and partner updates.

• Previous vendor or product management experience desirable, including contract management and basic legal knowledge.
