Title and Summary

Manager, Market Delivery Overview
The role serves as the subject matter expert on market technology infrastructure, providing strategic guidance to all stakeholders. It supports the release management process by coordinating technology updates for clients and acts as the primary point of contact for customer support issues, as well as internal technology concerns requiring market-level resolution. Additionally, the position oversees all aspects of the technological and operational relationship with the customer, ensuring efficiency, service quality, and alignment with business objectives.

Role and Experiences
Technology & Operations
Act as the knowledge expert on market technology infrastructure for all stakeholders.
Serve as the focal point for customer support issues and internal technology escalations.
Maintain ownership of escalated cases and provide account updates until resolution.
Resolve and troubleshoot complex technical and business operational issues for customers.
Perform high-level reviews of assigned accounts on a regular basis.
Develop high-quality business operational plans to facilitate partnership execution.
Execute analytics and quantitative analysis to measure progress and success of initiatives.
Manage all aspects of the technology and operational relationship with customers.

Leadership & Strategic Initiatives

Lead strategic projects within the area and manage teams effectively.
Drive critical projects for key initiatives and/or urgent situations.
Manage technical operational issues within BAU (Business as Usual) projects.
Oversee people management responsibilities.


Technical Skills

Understanding of card networks, acquiring, issuing, and settlement processes.
Familiarity with PCI DSS, and local/global payment regulations.
Deep knowledge of payment platforms, APIs, tokenization, and digital wallets.

Leadership & Management skills

Proven experience in leading strategic projects and managing cross-functional teams.
Strong problem-solving skills for complex technical and business issues.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to align technology and operations with business objectives.
Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
High attention to detail and accountability for deliverables.

Languages

English Proficiency – Required
Spanish – Preferred (Good to Have)
