The European Open Finance & Developer Experience business, onboarding and KYC product team, is looking for a Product Manager to help support key market and payments use cases.

Role:
• Product Development Manager accountable for overseeing the design, deployment, and ongoing operation of KYC platforms and internal and external UI, with a focus on Payment Service Users.
• Collaborate closely with regional sales and commercial colleagues to bring products and solutions to market.
• Support the Mastercard Studio process (internal product development gating) and prepare documentation for gating reviews.
• Work with the product, sales, and compliance teams to clarify business needs.
• Write business requirements.
• Work with Business Analysts, architects, and senior developers to refine requirements and support development.
• Help the development squad prioritize to secure timely delivery of features.

All About You:
• Background and/or strong interest in Open Finance/Open Banking
• Experience with compliance and KYC processes is a benefit.
• Experience in tech product management and a solid understanding of new product development concepts and practices.
• Proven experience in writing business requirements and working with Business Analysts and developers to deliver solutions on spec and on time.
• An inquisitive and innovative approach with the ability to generate new ideas.
• Strong analytical mindset with a track record of delivering comprehensive research and analysis.
• Ability to draw conclusions and develop actionable insights from quantitative and qualitative data.
• Capable of working under changing circumstances and confident in dealing with ambiguity.
• Ability to multi-task, establish priorities, and work independently.
• A clear communicator who can simplify complex concepts and is confident in interacting with clients and presenting to stakeholders.
• A collaborative team player with a global mindset and strong cultural awareness.
