Title and Summary

Manager, Product Enablement B2B Solutions Overview:
The role holder is accountable for driving initiatives for unlocking growth for the CNPF global business lines. This includes developing and implementing globalized frameworks and practices for the three business lines, verticals and their regional partners to help the teams move faster and more effectively. Main responsibilities cover product and program management frameworks, product development pipeline and process improvements underpinned by business insights and analytics.

The role holder will be responsible for initiatives to deliver the following outcomes:
• Support new product innovation and investments allocation through:
• Program governance including program scorecard design/tracking & co-founder support
• Investment optimization & management
• Studio/Foundry/Startpath engagement, governance & compliance.
• Bring CNPF input to Global process and framework to drive improvements
• Ensure adoption of Studio across Product teams – providing process guidance to the teams as needed
• Own and update CNPF studio time-line inventory, lessons learned, post-mortem analysis, etc.
• Catalog data integrity, governance and compliance

The ideal candidate should have:
• Experience designing and operating standardized program frameworks and governance structures
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into practical, actionable plans
• Solid business acumen and understanding of commercial solutions (PJ, fleet, travel, transfer solutions)
• Experience in product management, PMO, or project management environments
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (Portuguese and English)
• Ability to build strong relationships and engage proactively with multiple stakeholders, including global teams
• Strategic and collaborative mindset, working effectively across business lines, functions, and regions
• Availability to work onsite in the São Paulo office three times per week
