Title and Summary

Manager, Product Management The Services team and solutions fuel growth for partners globally by providing cutting edge services in the areas of Customer Acquisition and Engagement, Security Solutions, Business and Market Insights, and Open Banking. This role will join the Safety Net Product team. Safety Net leverages the Mastercard network to identify and limit issuer and acquirer losses from large-scale fraud attacks—providing a secondary layer of defense independent from customer systems—with selective controls that can block transactions for issuers based on multiple criteria while also alerting acquirers of suspect transactions.

By monitoring the network on a global scale, Safety Net identifies and limits the impact of cyber attacks if customer or processor systems are breached—helping to minimize their financial and reputational impact.

• Experience developing and launching new products, with a strong grasp of product vision and market dynamics.
• Demonstrated ability to define business requirements and collaborate with UX and engineering teams.
• Familiarity with go-to-market processes and working with commercialization teams.
• Experience engaging with customers and incorporating feedback into product development.
